Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychological assessments using standard diagnostic tools and interviews to identify emotional, cognitive, and behavioural concerns.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilising evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or trauma-informed approaches.
  • Formulate personalised treatment plans aligned with client goals and mental health needs.
  • Prepare accurate documentation including assessment summaries, progress reports, and intervention plans in accordance with NDIS or Medicare standards.
  • Collaborate with allied health professionals and external stakeholders (e.g. GPs, case managers, schools) to support client outcomes.
  • Deliver psychoeducation to clients, families, and carers to improve understanding of mental health and coping strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings and reflective practice to ensure ongoing professional growth.
  • Support capacity building of clients and promote resilience and well-being through targeted interventions.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Strong interpersonal and therapeutic skills
  • NDIS, paediatric, or trauma experience (preferred)
  • Clinical endorsement for senior roles
