Preferred Requirements:
- Design and develop innovative, authentic Indian dishes that showcase your culinary prowess
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals with a focus on consistency, taste, and presentation to meet the restaurant's high standards
- Manage kitchen operations, including stock levels, food safety, cost control, and supervising staff
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Ensure quality assurance and maintain the highest standards of food preparation and cleanliness
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Cert IV in Kitchen Management
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a chef in an Indian fine dining or high-end restaurant
- Showcase expertise in Indian cuisine, food preparation techniques, and kitchen management.
